Adrian Griffiths

Managing Director

Adrian has extensive commercial and technical experience in many manufacturing sectors.
He is an engineering graduate from Imperial and has many years experience advising engineering enterprises to achieve greater business success..

John Clarkson

Chairman of the Board

As a Partner of Coopers Deloitte (now PWC), John advised British Airways, Audi, Volkswagen, Tarmac and Wimpey. He became the vice chairman of Laura Ashley Inc. and is now Chairman and CEO of the Wroxall Abbey Estate. A finance specialist with experience in business strategy, construction, capital projects and project management, he is well placed to guide the company.

Adrian (Rupert) Haworth

Sales & Marketing Director

Adrian spent 30 years at GE during which time he ran GE Energy in Russia and GE Energy’s strategic marketing department in Europe. As Sales & Marketing Director he provides an invaluable insight into developing potential revenue streams and identifying new uses for recycled plastic oil.

Richard Castle

Finance Director

As a qualified chartered accountant, Richard has extensive financial and business management experience in the construction and engineering sectors, both with large public companies as well as SMEs.

Mike Keast

Technical Director

Mike spend over 15 years at the leading design consultancy AMEC Foster Wheeler. He has extensive experience of permitting issues having worked over a decade at the EA and unsurpassed experience in bringing new technologies to market at the CPI and Stopford Energy

Neil Morris

Investor Director

During his 23 years service as a Partner at KPMG, he worked with large international companies and also owned managed businesses. Neil was Coutts Midlands Region Chairman and Chairman of Pickering Group. Subsequently he has undertaken non-executive roles and has been actively involved in Business Angel investments over the last 9 years.

David Ashcroft

Commercial Director (non-exec)

David has Group Chief Executive level experience in corporate business, and qualified as an Engineer and trained in economics. After experience in the automotive, construction and retail sectors, David joined a major European bank to oversee the rationalisation of its industrial and commercial subsidiaries..

David Fry

Operations Director

David has had a distinguished career in a global high tech process industry. His experience supports our fast pace of action in the leap from a high tech start-up to the goal of world class Combined Heat & Power manufacturer.

Peter Jones OBE

Advisor to the Board

Peter Jones worked as a director for the waste management company Biffa until 2008 when he set up his own consultancy company, Ecolateral. Today he is a guiding force within the Public and Private sector offering strategic direction on the “turn waste into resource” transition.

Niels Fabricius

Niels Fabricius has an impressive CV, with an illustrious career in the hydro-carbon industry. His work as a senior executive at Shell Gas and Power provided Niels with in-depth knowledge and experience of the refinery and petro-chemical markets. He joins Recycling Technologies as an advisor to the board.

Professor Jonathan Seville

Advisory Panel Member

Professor Jonathan Seville is Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Surrey. He has degrees in Chemical Engineering from the Universities of Cambridge and Surrey and has held visiting appointments at universities in British Columbia and Denmark. Jonathan is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers and a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Engineering.

Arthur brings a wealth of brand development, marketing strategy and communication experience to the team. Previously he co-founded and ran award winning brand agency, Designation, where he oversaw a range of corporate and start-up campaigns for businesses such as IBM, Agfa, Sony, Virgin and Atkins
