Gary Bullard appointed as the New Chairman of the Board

Swindon, December 20, 2019 – We are delighted to announce Gary Bullard has joined the Board as Chairman, bringing to the company over 30 years’ strategic and operational leadership experience.

Gary has held a number of very senior roles in major corporates such as IBM and BT. Until 2012 he was President at Logica UK and a member of the Executive Committee of Logica plc. He has a wealth of Alternative Investment Market [AIM] & Main Market experience, serving on the Boards of companies such as Chloride Group plc., Rotork plc., Spirent Communications plc. and Gooch & Housego plc where he is the current chairman.
