We are delighted to announce that Recycling Technologies has been named winner of not one, but three Rushlight Awards 2015-16 in London at the end of January. Not only did we win the Resource Recycling Award and Resource Innovation Award, a group category, we also received the prestigious Rushlight Award, presented to the overall winner of the night who has demonstrated a substantial contribution to addressing environmental issues.
We are thrilled to have won these awards and to have been recognised by such an important industry body for our work in helping to transform plastic waste into energy. Adrian Griffiths, our CEO and Adrian Haworth, our Sales and Marketing Director, attended the Show and Awards Ceremony, and collected the awards.
The Rushlight Show was a full day, packed with seminars and panel sessions that culminated in the glittering awards ceremony in the evening at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Lincoln’s Field.
The show and dinner were attended by companies and organisations that are leading the way in clean technology, as well as investors, city advisers, specialist and general media, trade associations and government departments. Last year’s winners included high profile organisations such as Azotic Technologies, Marine Engineering Energy Solutions, i2O Water, Votechnik and GENeco among others.
